It's Important after your get pre qualified to identify who your lender will be so you can keep them in the loop and they know when you need to close by. TIME TO CLOSE
This is the Fun Part! After working with your lender, it's time to close on your house. Your lender will work with TitleOne, our Title Company of choice, and get you a time set up to close on your house. The lender will coordinate everything with the Title Company, you just need to show up and get ready to be the newest home owner in East Idaho! Let the party Begin!
