If you have any questions or concerns regarding your neighborhood or homeowner’s complying by the covenants, please email hoa@rockwellhomes.net 

Your annual HOA fee is due by February 1st of every year.  Payments are sent to the Manager of the HOA depending upon which Community you live in.  The three different managers are:

You can find information regarding your annual HOA dues in your covenants. Every subdivision’s annual HOA fees are due by February 1st of every year. For questions, please email or call the respective HOA manager.

Rockwell Homes is unable to warranty the performance of exterior concrete due to the extreme environment of Southeastern Idaho. There are many extenuating circumstances that govern the concrete (temperature, humidity, road salts and chemicals, and shifting) of which are all out of Rockwell's control.

Rockwell Homes cannot and does not guarantee that concrete will not flake and/or crack. However, concrete that shifts out of original position, and reveals improper support before installation will be repaired.

Rockwell Homes takes pride in every home we build. As such, a full 1 year warranty is provided for every home we build. This warranty insures that any flaws or damages, resulting from construction, and from natural wear and tear will be fixed at no charge to the homeowner.

This specifically means that anything caused by settling, malfunction, or defect will be covered and fixed by Rockwell Homes.

Upon closing, you will no longer be going through your superintendent for questions. You can now contact the service department with questions regarding your 1 year warranty or to report an issue covered by warranty. Please call 208.542.9300 or email warranty@rockwellhomes.net.

There are many components to the pricing that change frequently. However, we try to keep our pricing up to date on our website. In some cases, land is included in the final price of the home. While in other cases, we need to add for land. Please call Shon at 208-313-3255 for more details on pricing and what options we have to try and meet the pricing you are wanting.

In most cases, Rockwell Homes will only require $2,000 down to start your new home. There are several other factors that may come into play. We can help you navigate through the options available to you. In some cases, no money down options are available. Call Shon at 208.313.3255 for more info.

We offer and carry the financing on the construction phase of your new home. You will need to contact a bank of your choice for the long term mortgage after the home is complete. If you need suggestions of banks that are good to work with in our area, call Shon at 208-313-3255 for options that we suggest.

Rockwell Homes has a working relationship with many realtors in the area that we are happy to work with. However, Rockwell Homes sells more homes without realtors than with, so you will not need to get one. If you are working with one that has referred you to us, we would love to work with them to help you get your new home. Our in-house salesman, Shon Denning, can answer all your questions and write up a contract for a new home quickly and easily in our home office. Landscaping and/or fencing are not included in the base price, but are options that can be added into the final price of the home. Call Shon at 208.313.3255 to see what options and pricing are available to have your home, move-in ready, with full landscaping and/or fencing. 

In most cases, we do not finish the basement. We sometimes will finish a basement but this is at the request of the customer and is subject to the availability of our crews. We do not come back after construction is complete to finish a basement. Call Shon at 208.313.3255 to see what our current pricing is and what a fully finished home will be priced at.

At Rockwell Homes we build each individual home with different amenities to accommodate the price range of most customers. In some cases, we will increase the price to include items such as granite, double sinks in master bathrooms, and tub shower options. In other cases, we remove these items to make the price more affordable for someone that is price sensitive. In many cases, we can change the features to match the price range you are trying to hit. At Rockwell Homes we understand how busy life can be. This is why we offer the option to view homes at your leisure. We will check you out a key and give you a list of available homes that you can view with or without a salesman. We have several homes at any given time for you to explore and see what we have to offer. We currently do not rent homes, but with the great pricing that Rockwell offers many times we can get you into a home for the same price or lower then renting. We also have connections to get you into a home for $0 down and other financing options. Yes we do; however, this does vary depending upon supply and demand. When we are really busy we try to stay in our neighborhoods. We have several locations to choose from that can meet your needs and desires. Yes we do allow changes to plans. We also allow customers to pick the lot they would like to build on; however, this availability will vary depending upon supply and demand. In some cases we will not be able to do so. Please call Shon at 208.313.3255 and we can discuss what our current options are.
