WHY 

Rockwell Homes began in 1997 when our dad set out with a simple mission: build quality homes that the schoolteachers he worked alongside could afford. He started small—apartments and twin homes off Ammon Road in Ammon, Idaho—and quickly grew by listening to the needs of local families around him.

Seeing the demand for single-family homes in Idaho Falls, he began buying land and building houses—starting before school and back to job sites right after, with sales meetings held right in his family living room. His focus on keeping costs low without sacrificing quality became the foundation of our company.

Today, that same philosophy guides us. We’re committed to building high-quality homes at prices that everyday Idaho families can afford. This is our home—we grew up here, we live here—and we’re proud to keep building family-focused communities across this beautiful region we all love.
