WHY 

When our dad founded Rockwell Homes in 1997, his mission was simple: to build quality homes that the schoolteachers he worked alongside could actually afford. He rolled up his sleeves and got to work—starting with apartments and twin homes off Ammon Road in Ammon, Idaho.

As he listened to the needs of growing families, he saw the demand for single-family homes and began buying land and building houses—often before school in the mornings and again after, holding sales meetings right in his living room. His determination to keep costs down without sacrificing quality laid the foundation for everything we do today.

That same philosophy still drives us. We’re committed to building high-quality homes at prices that everyday Idaho families can afford. This is our home—we grew up here, we live here—and we’re proud to keep building family-focused communities across this beautiful region we all love.
