Curtis
Curtis enjoys playing basketball and going boating. He has been around Rockwell since it was started by his dad. He officially joined the team with his older brother in 2021. The part he loves about the industry is building homes and helping so many people find a home for their families. He can’t wait to see the future of this community and being a part of it by helping others build their dream home.

Head Honcho
Klay
Klay enjoys boating, competitive spartan races, and triathlons. He has grown up along his brothers and sisters in construction and has worked in many of the trades throughout his life including one of the best at sweeping and cleaning gutters in all the subdivisions. Klay loves taking care of others, working hard, and giving back to the community.

Operations Guy
Cameron
Cameron enjoys hiking, fishing, classic cars, coaching youth sports and spending time with his family. Although he started with Rockwell in January of 2022, he has worked in the industrial construction and finance industry for over 20 years. He loves being part of Rockwell because they are committed to being community and family focused while fulfilling their mission of helping others build their dream home.

Sales Guru
Shon
Shon enjoys dirt biking, camping, and hot spring hoping with his family. He has worked in the construction industry for many years and has been with Rockwell for 17 years. He has mastered the sales department helping hundreds of families in Southeast Idaho get into their perfect home. Shon says he loves getting to know people and making new friends with the people he meets. He says it’s very satisfying helping people find a home that hits the price they are looking for. “I love my job!”

Spencer
Spencer enjoys dirt biking, golfing and spending time with his wife Morgan and their three kids. He joined Rockwell in April of 2021. When asked what his favorite part of working for Rockwell was, he said “I enjoy the building industry, and I love numbers. Doing the accounting for Rockwell is a dream come true.”

Shanna
Shanna loves summer, going for bike rides, hiking, and swimming are some of her favorite activities. Spending time with her kids is important to her. She has been with Rockwell since September 2018. Accounts payable has taught her so much about what it takes to build a home. Her favorite part about working with Rockwell has been the friendships she has gained with her co-workers.

Sierra
Sierra enjoys spending time with her family. She has been with Rockwell since 2019. When asked what her favorite part of working with Rockwell was, she said “I love interacting with the homeowners and helping them through the building process to eventually having a home for their families.”

Kip
Kip loves to play basketball and most outdoor activities. He loves eating sushi. He has been with Rockwell since 2020 and has been a great addition to the team. He likes helping people and enjoys that everyday working for Rockwell is different.

Receptionist
Lori
Lori enjoys gardening and jigsaw puzzles. She has been with Rockwell since November 2019. She loves the family atmosphere in the office. Her favorite part of her job is paying strict attention to the details of the data that flows through the office so that the customers enjoy their beautiful new homes. Fun fact about Lori is she has a thing for spiders and reptiles.

Events Manager
Shadie
Shadie enjoys hiking and spending time with her 3 kids! She has been with Rockwell since November of 2022. She loves that Rockwell wants to be an active part of uplifting the community. She represents Rockwell at many volunteering events and loves to help!

Preconstruction
Allie
Allie is an Idaho Falls native whose number #1 love is her husband Chris, followed by her 2 children and 8 exchange students, with books and music rounding out the top 3. She loves being involved in the Sounds choir. She has been working for Rockwell since 2014 and says it has become a 2nd home. Rockwell has provided her with a greater appreciation for the construction industry and a front seat to the growing town that she loves.

Receptionist
Brook
Brook has been a part of homebuilding since childhood; her dad has been framing for over 50 years and her first job was to stack and restack 2x4, clean job sites, and help lift walls. She is a lover of good entertainment such as books, movies, series, plays, and music. Animals and nature are always calming and bring joy to her everyday. She started working in the front office of Rockwell Homes in February 2022. Brook has enjoyed getting to see a new perspective on the homebuilding industry.

Superintendent
Parker
Parker started with Rockwell in July 2021. He enjoys snowboarding, and fishing. He loves building houses where people can feel at home.

Project Manager
Clint
Clint is an Idaho Falls native. He has been married to his wonderful wife for 25 years. They have 4 children and 2 grandkids who he enjoys spending his free time with. Clint also enjoys coaching girls basketball. Clint has been apart of the Rockwell family for the past 13 years. He loves being on the construction side of Rockwell.

Superintendent
Kolby
Kolby enjoys anything sports or outdoors related. He loves his wife of 2 years Miranda. They have 3 beautiful children: Kynli, Hudson, and Maeleigh. He has been with Rockwell since September 2020. He loves watching a piece of land and some materials turn into a beautiful home. “It’s very satisfying and fulfilling for me.”

Laborer
Mitch
Mitch is originally from Southern California and has been with Rockwell since 2023. He enjoys hunting, dirt biking and almost anything that takes place in the great outdoors. He loves working with Rockwell because the team feels like a 2nd family to him, and he enjoys knowing that that family is helping other families.

Development
Nate
Nate is originally from Rigby and he is married with three little girls. He enjoys all things sports and outdoors. He’s been in Real Estate for seven years and the opportunity to build something from the ground up has always been very enjoyable for him to observe. Helping others realize their dreams of ownership inspires him each and every day.

Superintendent
Joel
Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Joel started painting Rockwell homes in 1997. He later became a Superintendent in 2022. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, golfing, fishing, boating, hunting and anything to do with the outdoors. His favorite part of working for Rockwell is working closely with the subcontractors and building a quality home that will be cherished by a family.

Wayne
Wayne is a top Project Manager with over 10 years of experience. He is a highly motivated individual with outstanding organization, time management, planning and problem solving skills. He enjoys hiking/climbing Idaho’s tallest peaks, mountain and road biking, coaching and playing soccer and above all, spending time with his family.

Designer
NiCole
NiCole’s favorite thing in the whole world is spending with her family. She has been part of the Rockwell family since September 2013. She loves every single aspect of her job, but the very BEST thing is being able to meet/collaborate with and getting to know our homeowners. It truly makes her day.

Warranty Specialist
Dusty
Dusty enjoys spending time with her family and friends, Mike and their children and grandchildren are her greatest joy. They love Jet Boating on the river, soaking up the sun and fishing. Dusty also enjoys Camping and UTV rides in the mountains, along with country music concerts. With her passion for construction and design, Dusty is dedicated to resolving any warranty issues homeowners might encounter during their first year. She deeply values the Rockwell team's integrity and commitment to excellence. Dusty aims to ensure that homeowners experience years of satisfaction and happiness in their Rockwell home.

Superintendent
Kage
Kage was born and raised in Idaho Falls and he’s always had a passion for adventure. Whether it’s football, riding motorcycles, jet skiing or snowmobiling. He’s been with Rockwell for 3 years which came directly after doing subcontracted work for us for an additional 3 years. He says that Rockwell isn’t just a company to him, it’s a family and that’s what makes is such a great place to be.
