Hidden Valley has an annual fee of $125 and a one-time setup fee of $75. The annual fee is due by February 1st of every year. The fees are used to pay for the association’s common expenses such as common area landscaping, maintenance, taxes and insurance, management costs, and etc. For more information regarding the annual HOA fee, please see the covenants.
